And if we are talking about consultancies such as McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Accenture, etc etc - their fundamental business model is designed to maximise corporate growth, shareholder value, and market extraction within global market capitalism.

and thus contribute to the very problem most charities exist to solve.

Instead, how about using a small, lean 'consultant' istead that has layed in the big league with all of this consultancy forms - but is now batting for the other side rathet than trying to make a profit at a charity's expense.
